Classic Components joins Insulated Tools Ltd and expands The Wardle Group’s reach. Insulated Tools completed the acquisition of Classic Components’ assets and property in East Grinstead on October 27, 2023.
Insulated Tools Ltd (ITL) has purchased all the assets, plant, equipment, stock, customers and goodwill of Classic Components, as well as the property in which it operates. Malcolm Duffield, Classic Components MD, joins the family and will be very much part of the team.
Classic Components will continue to give to its customers excellent domestic, commercial and industrial bespoke engineering services as part of Insulated Tools Ltd.
