SFS has announced that it has been awarded second place in the Large Companies category at the Swiss Employer Award.
The Swiss Employer Award is the largest employee survey conducted in Switzerland. A total of 165 businesses and more than 46,000 employees participated in this year’s survey. This years’ survey focused on issues like digitalization, agility and the handling of the pandemic.
SFS already impressively succeeded in winning 1st place in 2019 and this year’s 2nd-place ranking marks the fourth time in a row that the Group has secured itself a place on the winner’s podium in the Large Companies category. The Group withdrew from the competition last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2021 is the first year in which all divisions with employees in Switzerland took part in the survey and more than 6,700 SFS Group employees around the world participated.
