FASTENER TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER
Thomas Smith Fasteners is a leading Fastener Distributor in the Greater Manchester area.
Due to retirement we have a vacancy for Fastener Technical Sales Manager.
The role is mainly office based at our Wigan branch but would be expected to travel around the North West area for customer visits.
The candidate must have at least 3 years experience working in the Fastener and fixings industry and must have a strong knowledge of engineering or an engineering qualification.
Excellent telephone manner and previous experience in Sales / Estimating / Purchasing
Must have a clean driving license
The role would include:
- MANAGING CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
- PROVIDING QUOTES AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT ON PRODUCTS
- FOLLOW UP ENQUIRIES AND LEADS
- VISITS TO EXISITING AND POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMERS
