From 13 to 15 March, REYHER will be showcasing innovative solutions for kanban supply systems at LogiMAT 2018 in Stuttgart.
From Stand B70 in Hall 3, REYHER will give visitors the opportunity to experience a virtual reality tour through the logistics centre in Hamburg.
Digitalisation and integration are continually making inroads into intralogistics and form the focus of this year’s LogiMAT. At the REYHER stand, the fastener and fixing technology expert will show how logistics processes can be more efficiently structured using digital technology and innovative kanban systems. ROM | REYHER Order Management offers a powerful, efficient kanban-based system for c-part management, facilitating sourcing and process reliability and at the same time reducing errors. Diverse customer-oriented RFID systems simplify and automate c-part sourcing.
"Fill volume improved by 28% with new kanban boxes"
The new ROM | LTB will be a focus at the show. The new kanban small load carriers, developed in cooperation with SSI SCHÄFER, can be transformed from open fronted bins into transport boxes with just one simple action. They facilitate inventory optimisation with up to 28% increase in fill volume and ergonomic handling. A transparent label holder protects the label from dirt, damage or loss.
Last year at the company headquarters in Hamburg, REYHER implemented a new fully-automatic high-rack warehouse, two levels one above the other, with 40,000 pallet bays. Stand visitors who take the opportunity to visit REYHER's new logistics centre through virtual reality could do with a head for heights, with the facility towering 40 metres in height.
REYHER was recently named a top supplier for GROHE and SIEMENS.
