One for the diary: Torque-Expo Coventry 2018

Fasteners, tools, fixings, adhesives and related industries will be brought under one roof once again with the UK return of Torque-Expo this October.

Running over two days, Wednesday 3 to Thursday 4 October, Torque-Expo is back in Britain after a gap of two years, but this time the show has a brand new venue.

Coventry’s Ricoh Arena  is conveniently located not just for most of the nation (it’s within a two hour drive of 75% of England’s population) but also handily placed for international visitors with Birmingham Airport 20 minutes away by road or 25 by rail.

Guided by feedback from Torque-Expo’s exhibitors and visitors the last time the show was held in the UK (in 2016), this year the distribution-focused industry fair will take place in one busy hall to create an ideal vibrant environment for buying and selling.

New: networking exhibitor drinks reception

Networking opportunities will be ramped up for Torque-Expo Coventry 2018, with the return of the well-established Gala Dinner and the introduction of the exhibitor networking drinks reception. Taking place in the plush surroundings of the Grosvenor Casino, the drinks reception will be free for exhibitors to attend, providing them with an exclusive chance to network, do some early business and relax among fellow exhibitors, with drinks and canapes. The exhibitor networking drinks reception will take place on the evening after set-up from 6-8pm on Tuesday 2 October.
