This week's Torque-Expo, running 11-12 October at Silverstone, will showcase innovations and product launches from the worlds of tools, fasteners, workwear, adhesives and more.
Here's a selection of some of the new products being featured at the show:
Reisser Fasteners – Stand L10
New for Torque-Expo 2016, Reisser Fasteners introduce the Cutter Trade Pack which will feature all of the brand’s most popular screw sizes brought together into one great value pack.
Pecol – Stand L3
Brand new to the UK market, Pecol has released a brand new fixing catalogue. The range has been considerably extended from fasteners to a huge range of fixings, including metal anchors, nylon plugs, chemical anchors and sealants.
Everbuild Building Products – Stand H10
Everbuild will introduce the solvent free Sika Multi Stick. Boasting incredible initial grab, high bonding strength and excellent slip resistance, it’s capable of bonding almost all materials, both porous and non-porous.
Magdrill UK – Stand F7
Magdrill is proud to introduce the AutoMAB 350 - the latest innovation from renowned German magstand manufacturer BDS Maschinen GmbH. It has a 35mm cutter capacity and cuts the holes automatically and then returns to its original starting position.
Pryor Marking Technology – Stand J3
Pryor will have examples of all the traditional and familiar marking tools plus the new more technologically advanced power tool option called the ‘Porta-Dot’ and finally an introduction to laser marking technology.
Castle Clothing – Stand D7
Castle Clothing is introducing several new garments to the range: 710 Tuffstuf Excel Two-Tone Work Trouser, 700 Tuffstuff Extreme Work Trouser, 366 Blue Castle Zip Front Coverall, 222 Fortress Wroxham Body-warmer.
Delta Adhesives – Stand H11
Delta Adhesives is showing QUICK STEEL REPAIR & RETAIN - D560 Quick Steel retaining repair compound is a gelled, paste adhesive/sealant, formulated to repair worn machine parts.
ForgeFix – Stand D2
Forgefix will showcase its entire range paying particular attention to a number of new additions including ForgeFast Elite Performance woodscrews combining more features in one fastener than any other premium woodscrew on the market.
Bond It – Stand K2
Bond It is launching a revolutionary silicon rescue tape The ultimate multi-purpose repair tape – resists fuels, oils, acids, solvents, salt water, road salt, UV rays. It’s self-fusing seal is permanent, waterproof and airtight.
Optimaxx – Stand F2
The Optimaxx Selecta case contains a selection of the most popular screw sizes enabling the product to be thoroughly tested. All screws are pre-packed in a stylish, durable carry case.
Universal Drilling & Cutting – Stand H3
Introducing the Bohrmaster - combining German engineering with Sheffield quality control and low cost manufacturing to produce a versatile, portable and reliable magdrill at a hugely competitive price point.
Tom Carrington & Co – Stand N17
Tom Carrington & Co has recently forged a close co-operation with Cobit GmbH, a high quality German screwdriver bit producer. Torque Expo will be the first exhibition that the Cobit brand will be showcased in the UK with special discounts on Smartphone Design Colour Ring Bit Set at £5.00 and Colour Ring Bit & Nut Setter Set at £12.50
Other highlights include Broadfix’s Seal-A-Tube & Red Carpet Treatment and King Dick Tools demonstrating its bespoke, turn-key toolkit service, providing the users exact tool requirement within tool control foam and providing the professional corporate image.
