TIMco has grown from £16.5 to £35 million turnover from 2014 to 2017, during which time the company has been using Sage X3.
Responding quickly to customers changing needs and growing product ranges in line with customer demand have been cited as key to the Cheshire company’s success, with its ERP solution, Sage X3, enabling it to deliver quick turnarounds, responsive customer service and grow into new markets and geographies. TIMco uses Sage X3 through business partner Mysoft.
Operating globally, TIMco views technology as an enabler for business success. Paul Shore, TIMco Operations Director, explained: “In my opinion, technology should be an enabler to grow efficiently and effectively, with no restrictions. Systems shouldn’t be a bottle neck, they should enhance and encourage business growth.
